Eleven times an independent rating agency, Five Star Professional, has distinguished my service in 5280 The Denver Magazine as a “Five Star Real Estate Agent,” --one of just 5% of all agents in the metro Denver area, and just one of 114, 11- year recipients. My guess is that’s because in every one of my clients I see myself, and I treat them just as I would expect to be cared for. I am their champion, and if necessary, their guide to the top of Everest. My fellow Boulder-area Realtors singled me out as a Realtor of the Year, an honor conferred on an individual who exemplifies the ideal expression of this profession.

Year after year, over 80% of my business comes from the generous recommendations of my past clientele to their family and friends. They’ve also posted their reviews of my service on sites like Zillow, Google+ and Yelp.

You really do have to love this work, because it’s very hard work. There are no set hours, weekends are not your own, and you only get paid if the transaction closes. But I truly love what I do because I love to serve. I take the extra time and effort to methodically inform and guide my clients through the entire process. Real estate contracts are long and complicated. And there is a lot at stake. I want to make sure my clients understand every step along the way -- and then sign when they are ready. This approach has earned me a long list of clients for life, and their success is the sum of my success. I serve at my clients’ pleasure.
